Positive Pop-In Walk-Through Sticky Notes are a simple, powerful way to build a culture of encouragement and recognition with teachers. These quick, strengths-based notes allow instructional coaches and administrators to capture and celebrate effective teaching moments in real time.

Designed for ease and consistency, these notes can be printed directly onto sticky notes and left on teachers’ desks, clipboards, or planning materials after a classroom visit making feedback immediate, personal, and meaningful.

How This System Works

The BRAVO Book

At the beginning of the year, each teacher can be given a BRAVO Book—a personal space to collect their positive feedback sticky notes throughout the year.

Teachers can:

• Bring their BRAVO Book to coaching conversations or meetings with administrators
• Use it as a confidence-boosting reflection tool

Restrictions
