Positive Feedback Walk-Through Forms are observation tools designed to intentionally focus on what is going well in classrooms. Instead of centering on areas for improvement, these forms help instructional leaders highlight effective practices, celebrate teacher strengths, and build morale through meaningful, strengths-based feedback.
These forms can be used during formal or informal walkthroughs, or as intentional morale boosters. By clearly naming what teachers are doing well, leaders can reinforce best practices and foster a culture of trust, encouragement, and professional growth.
This product includes both printable and digital versions, allowing flexibility for a wide range of observation and coaching contexts. Each feedback form is provided in two formats:
- A version with a pre-made walk-through checklist
- A version without a checklist, offering full customization
How the Forms Work
Checklist Version
During a classroom visit, simply check the instructional practices or classroom elements that stand out and add a brief, personalized note to the teacher. These forms make it easy to provide timely, specific, and encouraging feedback.
Open-Ended Version
This version offers open space for leaders to add their own checklists, coaching notes, or reflective comments, making it ideal for customized observation goals or district-specific priorities.

This purchase is licensed for one individual instructional coach. One purchase equals one coach user.

Restrictions
You may not share the digital files with other coaches, administrators, teams, or staff.
